The iBasso DX180 features the advanced FPGA-MASTER 2.0, an audio controller refined over the years. It ensures high signal reproduction and integrity by requesting data from the SoC and synchronizing all audio clocks with two NDK femtosecond oscillators. This system adjusts the DAC clock and data with picosecond precision, enhancing the four CS43131 DAC chipsets' performance. In synchronous parallel output mode, it minimizes discrete distortion, while FIR 2x mode enables independent adjustment of DAC data. The DACs form a hardware analog FIR filter with "delay parallel" processing, which reduces distortion and improves sound quality.
